Small organisation can apply for free google apps....

I signup few company that does export / import with people in China.
SpamAssassin rules mainly based on english and most blacklist aren't
that accurate for tracking chinese IP adresses.
I dont understand Chinese and couldn't tell if the email is spam or
junk, so I decided to outsource it to google.
I must admin google did a good job filtering those mails .. the spam
scanning speed is amazingly fast.
