He means "Virus Scanners = clamd". But read the wiki page.
You need to ensure you have the right path to clamd, and that your 
freshclam update settings in freshclam.conf will tell clamd correctly so 
that it auto-restarts itself to load its new databases of signatures, in 
clamd.conf.
