OT - Can't find a way to contact the ISP

Alex, and all,

I have it taken care of now. The WHOIS listed a non-charter.net address 
whom I emailed and they forwarded it to the right place.

Our IPs were blocked due to past owners of the IP block and they took 
care of it.
