Thanks for the suggestion. I have it set to the following:

    Expand TNEF = yes
    Use TNEF Contents = replace
    Deliver Unparsable TNEF = yes
    TNEF Expander = /usr/bin/tnef --maxsize=100000000
    TNEF Timeout = 120

Any thoughts on these?
