updating an old MS

The config options have changed a lot and there are lots more features.

The module requirements have also changed, so check those.

Make sure you run upgrade_mailscanner_conf and upgrade_languages_conf on the
config files.

4.51.6 is soo old I can't remember all the changes. With an other install you
can use symlinks and keep multiple installs around so you can go back easily
if you have trouble.
