Like so many similar cases, its nice while it lasts.

He won't ask, he doesn't even know who is sending him the hits, it would 
be polite to ask him and/or mirror the data on your site on a daily 
basis and have your users pick it up there.

Ppl do get tired of freeriders, especially when they see that their work 
is often included in commercial services and apps and not even asked or 
acknowleged.

It was one of the reasons the SARE project died a premature death, and 
which prevents many ppl from starting new ones.
