Is -1 value in max.attachment.size.rules acceptable?

Yes, I did try it prior to posting and it appeared to work. Rulesets are 
not my strong point so wanted additional confirmation (other than what I 
saw in the docs) that it would take a negative number given that none of 
the other rules or examples I had contained a negative integer.
