Is -1 value in max.attachment.size.rules acceptable?

According to my docs in MailScanner.conf it is acceptable. Have you 
tried it?

According to the docs, that will set a maximum size limit of zero bytes. 
Don't apply the docs from 1 setting to a different setting. That's why 
there are docs for each setting...
