you do not need any of these extra perl packages if you used that repo we 
told you on the centos-list. If you used the other method the only 
additional module you need is the tnef one. That is in the tarball and can 
be installed separately. Or from rpmforge.

And please read some proper documentation about the tools you use. Just 
asking each time on this or other lists you see an error, a warning or 
some other message or you just don't know what to do next will get you 
less and less answers as people are getting annoyed by your "easy way" 
attitude. If you use MailScanner, you also have to read about SA, clamav,  
mailwatch, postfix (or whatever MTA you use).
