{Spam?} Everything being labeled as SPAM

Almost all emails being received at my server is being labeled as SPAM. I
read through the config file and for the life of me I couldn't find where
you turn it down some. I know that there is a score that tell it to label
the email with that tag, can someone please refresh my memory.
