Spam Actions store vs store-spam

[Julian Field]

In the "Spam Actions" I suspect the answer is no difference at all. It's 
just that the list of actions is available to use in a few other places, 
where there may be a difference in that stating store-spam explicitly 
puts it in the spam archive and no other.
