TNEF Problems with version 4.78.14-1

Many thanks for a thorough analysis of the symptoms, this enabled me to 
find the fault very quickly.
All fixed and published as 4.78.15.
Please download and try this version for me.
It only actually appears when "Expand TNEF = replace".
