A bit OT: strange spikes in RBL-blocked connections

Yes but even only 2-3 months ago it would be very even - I would see 
occasional spikes, once in a while, but the rest was more "standard 
background noise".

It seems bot allocation has changed to a more local attack pattern or 
even they don't care to be rather sneaky...
