blackhole.securitysage.com seems to blacklist the hole world

Hi all,

if someone has included blackhole.securitysage.com, it seems
that since today between 4.30 am and 5.30 am (GMT+1) the service started
to blacklist the whole world.
Every blacklist query results in 205.178.189.131

SpamAssassion canceled the support for blackhole.securitysage.com
some month before.

Can someone confirm the behaviour of blackhole.securitysage.com?
