Please indicate what details are you have researched in your messages to
learn why so many messages are marked as spam. Are particular decisions?

Did you read the threads about obsolete RBL's? In your case if your
backup server is listed on spamhaus then you get hit a lot.

As it is your primary MX is not accepting SMTP cnnections which does not
make or a well organized configuration.
