Ah.  Ok, thanks for the tip.

Now it returns:

550 5.2.1 <invalid email address>... Mailbox disabled for this recipient

Not quite the same as postfix's:

550 5.1.1 <invalid email address>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in
relay recipient table

But the same result, I suppose.
