Mailscanner not tagging spam

Thanks for the reply, Martin.   I can't see any SpamAssassin timeouts going
on in the maillog and High Scoring Spam Actions has always been set to
delete.

Check spamassassin isn't timing out, this is the usual cause...

Also check what the action is for high scoring spam.
