My guess: You allready had a problem by the time you started to do the
first upgrade.

It seems you got most of the obvious things covered. So it is either a
rather silly thing which is just too obvious to check. Or a rather
complicated one that just waited for you to touch your configuration and
mess us things.

Did you upgrade anything else lately? Something not even perlish
perhaps? The fact that I can still read the mailinglist means that one
can even update SA to 3.2.5 without a lot of other updates as still held
back on the perl updates for Centos 5.
