SpamAssassin 3.2.5 woes

yes to all three questions ! Basically, what I did was

upgrade SA 3.2.4 to 3.2.5 - issues started, so I upgraded
MS 4.67.6 to 4.70.7-1 - still issues.
Downgraded SA to 3.2.4 - still issues.
Downgraded MS to 4.67.6 - still issues.

So I'm pretty stuck atm :(
