At least you were able to get to the SMTP port at mx.snert.net; I'm not    
getting there, or to anyplace else at milter.info or snert.(com,net), and  
think there's something strange going on in the routing:

It appears that there may be a (lossy) routing loop between hop 17 and hop
18, as the same IP address and routername (Vl5-swr-3-sop.tasfrance.net
(82.97.0.13)) appear in both -- or I'm misreading the traceroute output or
am much mistaken.
