High end interfaces usually cost $$$. By the time someone does that much 
coding, they sure want to have some profit from their work.

You can set up many free applications that will do what you want, but I 
haven't seen anything for free that does all of that. Maybe Scalix community 
version does a lot of it.
MDaemon Pro has got to be cheaper than an Exchange setup.
