clamd with mailscanner

Also, make sure you are using the "clamavmodule" or "clamd" setting in 
"Virus Scanners =" in MailScanner.conf. Don't use the "clamav" setting 
as it is very slow and inefficient compared to either of the other two 
ways of using that scanner.
