PathTools 3.26 breaks MailScanner

MailScanner stopped working overnight on a number of our servers and
client servers (running cPanel). We have tracked the problem down to
an upgrade to the latest version of the PathTools perl module. It
results in a segmentation fault.

Downgrading PathTools to version 3.2501 fixes the problem.
