Txt file considered as program?

I have the same problem where. When i check the .txt file generated by
Outoolk in reply of some messages this return "DOS executable (COM)".

Example:
morpheus quarantine # file ./20080104/1A48799ACB.89983/msg-2327-60.txt
./20080104/1A48799ACB.89983/msg-2327-60.txt: DOS executable (COM)
