I prefer to stop these at the MTA level if possible. If now one is able

So in the postfix header checks I have lines like:

/^Subject:.+=\?windows-1255\?/          REJECT  No one here reads this
language!
/^From: =\?windows-1255\?/              REJECT  No one here reads this
language!
/^Content-Type: text/plain; charset=windows-1255/       REJECT  No one
here reads this language!

I guess I could even improve those some more.
