Skipping SpamAssassin if sender is on an RBL

My bad, that should have read "still gets processed by SpamAssassin"

I'm basically searching for a way to eliminate additional lookups and
overhead of processing the message through SpamAssassin if MailScanner
already locates it on an RBL. I still have a requirement to keep the message
in case someone needs to retrieve it, but I don't want to pay for the
SpamAssassin overhead of processing that message if it's already on an RBL.
