Blocking IPs is common operating procedure, usually well documented (see

which is very close to SaneSecurity and have a "DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS
FILE MORE THAN ONCE A DAY. ANY ABUSE = BANNED IP ADDRESS." policy.
