If they're making you go all the way to Cambridge it sounds like they're
sending you to a specialist hospital (maybe Addenbrooke's?), which is 
good.  You don't want someone who's doing his first transplant 
experimenting on you.

I just updated the wiki to say that the US tour didn't take place.
