MailScanner ignoring some rules

Julian, another information about my server.

I'm using mailwatch too.

If the mailbox marketing at silmaq.com.br is not set to be scanned,
why it continue been logged to mailWatch SQL ?
I imagine the "MailWatch.pm" is called from MailScanner to log only scanned 
messages.
