Ah.

I was looking at this in spam.assassin.prefs.conf on the box in question.

# Bump up SpamAssassin scores on the high and low end
score BAYES_00 -15.0
score BAYES_05 -10.0
score BAYES_95 10.0
score BAYES_99 15.0

In my haste I hadn't noticed that on my other two MS boxen these were
commented.

Chalk that one up to my predecessor I guess...

And yes, update_spamassassin runs nightly.
