Thank you.  Adding this got DCC in use again.

I have added this to my alias list in csh, thanks.  Your comment about
blank SpamAssassin settings made me carefully compare my MailScanner.conf
file versus the default, and bring many more of my settings back in line
with your defaults.  This got my debug output to show that 
/var/opt/spamassassin/3.002003/* cf files is now in use.  Hooray!
