mailwatch feature - viewing message body

SELinux is disabled, the permissions on the quarantine directory are the
same since last install (it's a remote Windows filesystem mounted with
CIFS).  The link to view the message body in MailWatch just isn't there.

Remembered to disable SELinux?  Set the permissions correctly on your 
quarantine directory and sub-directories etc.  It's all in the INSTALL
docs.
