IIRC (haven't looked at this part of the code for a few months) it has
to do with the MIME decoding and is a rather harmless warning (Jules
does the right thing anyway).
It has absolutely nothing to do with bayes, working or not.
When looking at bayes, remember to run your SA tests (since that is
purely SA) as the postfix user... Might make things more obvious (like
if you have some file(s) with the wrong owner/group etc ... in your
case they should all be owned by <your postfix user>:<your apache
user>;-).
