Edit /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/inline.warning.txt and inline.warning.html.
You can also pick a totally different language if you want to, or edit 
any of the files in that directory. None of your changes will be lost 
when upgrade to some future version of MailScanner, all your changes 
will be kept.
