mailscanner automaticlly delete spam?

Yes in the spam or high scoring spam actions simply dont specify 'deliver'.
Or you could use the custom spam actions rule to say that if the spam score
is over x then non-deliver.

To store mail flagged spam in a different directory then you need to be
running an IMAP server such as CyrusIMAP and then use a procmail filter.
