mailscanner automaticlly delete spam?

Hello mailscanner users, is it possible to automaticlly delete all mail
flagged as spam?how?
I'm using mailscanner, spamassassin, postfix,ldap

Is it possible to create something like google or yahoo that locate the mail
flagged as spam in a specific directory where the user will be able or to
read it or delete it ? how?
