Domain used for spam - NDR responses

I use spamassassin's VBounce ruleset to stop these messages
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/VBounceRuleset.

I whitelist all outgoing server and I amplify the scoring so bounce 
message that comes in will get categorized as Low Scoring Spam.
