Recipient verification to Exchange milter

If you are not using exchange 2003 or greater, none of these will work.
You will have to use one of the scripts that pull from AD and create a 
valid_users map.

This looks like a blacklist milter

SMF-SAV is what I see recommended if you don't want to pay for milter-ahead.

You can also do this with mimedefang, although it is like hanging pictures 
with a sledgehammer. Way more tool than is needed. I am going to migrate away 
from mimedefang and on to smf-sav.
