Redundant Mail System Suggestions

so look at the NE of Zimbra. worth a try as I do like the OSS version and is progressing at a rapid pace.  But as somebody said earlier they have been purchased by Yahoo! but the staff have signed up for another five years, so cannot be all bad IMHO.

Unfortunately there is a need for the Outlook connection. I have been 
using/deploying Scalix solutions for a few years and although I am 
pleased with the product, it lacks in extended groupware functionality 
so thats why I am starting to look at alternatives
