Disabling auto sa-update in MailScanner

On reflection, the best way to do with this sort of thing (if you don't
trust the SA developers) is to
(a) edit the appropriate xx_scores.cf file in
/var/lib/spamassassin/3.002003/updates_spamassassin_org
(b) after automatically or manually running sa-update, reapply whatever
tweaks you had before, spamassassin --lint, and fix.
The advantage to doing this way is that after an sa-update you won't get
a lint fail (though other things may cause you grief).
