another antivirus

Hi I want to test another antivirus that works with MS
beside clamav because seems it takes too much to scan
each email
I have install it 
ESET Mail Security (Debian) from here

but seems is not working with mailscanner
I  want to be sure about what products will work great
with MS before buy it
