4.60.3-1 install errors on RH AS4 - error when it is run

This would imply an error in your /etc/mail/spamassassin/*.pre files. 
Some important plugin isn't being loaded. If you wipe SpamAssassin and 
reinstall it, does that help? If you're using an RPM of SA, then just 
rpm -e it. Otherwise wipe /etc/mail/spamassassin and SpamAssassin.pm 
(wherever that is under /usr/lib/perl5), then reinstall SpamAssassin.
