4.60.3-1 install errors on RH AS4 - error when it is run

A 'cat /etc/redhat-release' gives "Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4
(Nahant Update 4)"

Ran MailScanner 4.60.3-1 in debug mode and got (from two different
invocations):
