FPs and SA 3.2.0

I have a feeling that if one of the RBLs times out when a look is performed it is automatically being marked as SPAM.  Julian could you provide some input please ?
I have disabled all RBL checks for the time being and relying on Bayes and other rules while get to the bottom of this.
