Search for "Scan Messages =" in your MailScanner.conf
And put: Scan Messages = %rules-dir%/scan.messages.rules
And in the %rules-dir% create scan.messages.rules with the following:
From: 127.0.0.1 no
FromOrTo: default yes
Save, restart MailScanner.
