Changing the Batch size value

Sorry for delayed reply.
I've changed the above values to recommended.
Times are better but far from being ~3sec for a message, as per Glenn.
Now, I have spam actions (both regular and high score) to 'delete forward
spam at cpt.co.il'.
Both the mailbox and localhost are whitelisted, nevertheless I see messages
to them get scanned by MS:
