OT: implementing SMF-SPF milter?

Hi,

I have problem installing the milter.
Actually, I even could not install libSPF2 library (on CentOS-4.4 at x86) - it
failed on 'make check'
Obviously, I sent the bug report to the dev, but the letter returned with
'user unknown'

Could anyone here share his/her/their experience in this installation?
