i get the following:

where tempdir is set in clamav-wrapper and i think is to be removed for
clamdscan. but the -r and --unrar i havnt found. but all other things is
running smoothly with clamdscan. this one makes about 80000 mails a day
and had not problems with scanning, using clamdscan since a few days.
running 4.57.6 with sendmail and clamav on FreeBSD 5.5 and 6.2
