MCP works, doesn't deliver

What I should have said is local domain. If a at b.com sends to b at b.com it
processes exactly the same but is delivered where as a at c.com sends to
b at b.com it says it delivered it but it just disappears. I hope I get some
more time today to look at it but it's really odd.
