Mailscanner / Mailwatch Frontend

Hi there,

Could someone please tell me if it is possible to create a frontend for
MailWatch/Mailscanner.  I would like to have an admin interface where
domains and mailservers could be added without the need to edit
/etc/localdomains for email scanning that is not hosted on my server.  Also
give the client access to the spam settings, aliases and messages on the
bottom.
